"Dallas was great! Very thorough and informative. He didn’t just find issues he also suggested solutions to things that weren’t covered under warranty. He paid for himself by finding a detached air duct in our attic, who knows how long we’ve been wasting money blowing air and we’re really lucky there was no mold because of it. We got a full detailed report with pictures (even drone pictures of the roof etc) within an hour of him leaving our house.
